Everybody wants their wedding day to be remembered as the best day of their lives, a truly spectacular event full of joy, romance and colour.
No instrument announces and completes the ceremony with such mystic appeal as the Great Highland Bagpipes.
John has played at many weddings and always likes to discuss with the happy couple their day in fine detail to give them the very best service and complement the event.
"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for playing the bagpipes at our wedding at Ashdown Park.
Everybody absolutely loved the music and also commented on what a lovely man you were!"
"Some of the photos taken were fantastic and you made peoples day when they got to wear the rather large headpiece!"
John has performed at a variety of funerals including those from her majesty’s forces, burials and cremations. One of John’s proudest moments was playing at a memorial service for PC Tooley an officer who lost his life on duty in 1999.
John has been asked to perform at presentation evenings, charity balls, military dinners and even launch a boat. Burns night is a busy time and if you need an experienced piper such as John for this period, we recommend that you book early!
