We will check the artist’s availability and email you a quotation.
If you are happy to proceed, simply let us know and we’ll take care of all the formal booking procedures for you.
Can I Put An Act "On Hold"?
In fairness to all our clients, our performers and attractions are available on a strictly “first come first served” basis only.
If you enquire about an act and obtain an affirmative availability check or even a quotation, it does not mean that subsequently the act is then “on hold” or “reserved” for you.
We therefore recommend a swift decision to complete your booking, in order to avoid possible disappointment.

Will I Receive A Contract?
Yes. Every client will receive a contract setting out the terms, agreed details and fee under which the act, artist or performer has been booked.
This gives security to the client and is an excellent point of reference during the ongoing stages of your event planning.
Having a legally binding contract is one of the key advantages of booking your entertainment through First & Foremost Entertainment/Events Ltd.
What Payment Options Do I Have?
Our preferred method is BACS online bank transfer (free of charge). However, you can also pay by cash deposit at our designated bank (free of charge).
Please Note: We do not accept payment by cheque.
Do Your Acts Have Insurance & PAT Test Certificates?
Yes. Every act carries Public Liability Insurance
All acts that use electronic equipment have their equipment PAT tested and certified annually.
Are Your Children’s Entertainers DBS (CRB) Checked?
Yes. All our children’s entertainers have been DBS (CRB) checked and certified.
Do Your Acts, Artists & Performers Travel?
First & Foremost Entertainment/Events Ltd is based in Brighton, so locally we cover Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne, Worthing, Crawley, Polegate, Shoreham, Lancing, Saltdean, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Telscombe, Southwick, Lewes, Falmer, Seaford, Rottingdean, Woodingdean, Hollingbury, Hastings, Gatwick, Copthorne, Pease Pottage, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and London.
However, most of our acts are able to travel as required, both in the UK and abroad.
Usually each artist has a radius inside which their fee is inclusive of travel, but outside of which they are willing to travel with the addition of a fee to cover travel costs, and if necessary overnight accommodation, meals etc.
What Happens If An Act Is Unable To Perform?
In the extremely rare circumstance that an act is unable to perform, due for example to illness or an unexpected emergency, First & Foremost Entertainment/Events Ltd will always endeavour to replace the act with an alternative of a similar standard from our extensive roster of performers.
If this is not possible, you will be given an immediate refund of the money paid for the original act.
Does Your Website Have A Legal Disclaimer?

We work exceptionally hard to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information on all of our acts, performers, services and attractions.
However, information about and provided by our acts, performers, services, attractions and other 3rd parties can quickly become out of date.
As a result, whilst any mistakes and inaccuracies are regrettable, we disavow all legal responsibility for any errors both factual and non factual contained within this web site.
I’m a Performer. How do I Join Your Agency?
In the first instance, please fully complete the on line application via the “Submit Your Act” button found at the bottom of every web page.
If your application is of interest, we will contact you within 21 days to arrange an interview, an audition, or to view you in a live performance.
Thereafter, we will advise if you have reached the required standard to be offered a place on our books.
